Cork Board String Art
I saw this tutorial by Chris of Man Made and I loved it. Also read the little bit he wrote about how string art became popular in the late 60s and 70s. I showed it to my mother and she said that she used to make string art when she was younger but had completely forgotten about it (and she is more of a math person than an art person).
My Memories Review and Giveaway
My Memories Suite is a digital scrapbook software that allows you to create scrapbook-style pages through your computer. You can choose from a lot of templates where all you have to do is add your pictures to beautiful templates, or you can start from scratch and design the pages yourself. When I first heard about the software, I wasn’t quite sure how it would be better than the free photo
White Crayon Secret Messages
Right now my 2 year old son Benjamin isn’t able to draw great pictures, or do much more than scribbling somewhat in the lines. What I like to do is prepare the white pieces of paper he uses before he gets them. All you have to do is draw pictures, shapes, or messages in a white (NOT washable) crayon. My New Schedule
I realize that even though there is usually a pattern to my posts, I do not have a blogging schedule. I’m not the kind of person who makes schedules for everything and follows them to the T, but I like the idea of having a general schedule to follow to make it easier for me, and for you.
