Confession: I’m sitting here writing this post about having a healthy diet eating a brownie for breakfast. I’m generally a healthy eater, but especially since I’m 22 weeks pregnant, I can’t help but give in to some less healthy cravings. Since I’ve already got a 4 year old and a 3 year old at home keeping me busy, I don’t always have the time and energy to shop and prepare fresh healthy meals 3 times a day. We do love fruit and eat some every day, although it’s usually the same few: bananas, apples, and grapes. I would love to consistently eat a larger variety of fruit each day.
