Nature Inspired Color Palettes – Week 4
This week I’m sharing a gorgeous Bahama Bay inspired color palette. These beachy hues are just beautiful. I love using different shades of blue together, and I especially love the dark blue shade that was found in the shadows of the waves.
(Note: Some of the photos I am using for these nature inspired color palettes will include things that are man made like these cruise ships and the lighthouse. However, all of the colors used in the palette were taken ONLY from the natural parts of the picture, like the water, the sky, and the sand.)
Last summer my husband and I went on a short cruise to the Bahamas. This picture was taken off of a catamaran when were were coming back into the port at Nassau. The blueness of the water is really especially gorgeous.
Wow, what a lovely palette! I made a beaded rope necklace in those colors.
