Welcome to the Cure for the Common Monday, the Flashback Edition. Do you ever feel like showing off some of your favorite old posts? Do you ever feel like you see a lot of the same {wonderful of course} posts throughout the week at different link parties? Well today I am encouraging everyone to link up one of your old favorite posts… something from at least a month ago. Of course still share your latest post or project. About once a month, the Cure for the Common Monday will be a Flashback Edition.
If you were featured today (or if you were featured this week on Facebook), grab the featured button from the right sidebar.
Thanks to everyone for linking up each week. It is incredibly difficult for me to choose only 5 or 6 projects to feature.
FEATURES
1. I love birds (especially lovebirds) so it is no surprise that I love this lovebird pillow and checkbook wallet from Pink Stitches. You have to check out this adorable blog!
2. Have you ever heard of a sprinkler party? What a great idea! Randi from Dukes and Duchesses made these cute fish towels as party favors. The fish mouths open up and can be filled with all sorts of goodies. These would also be cute for a pool party or a family trip to the beach.
3. What a great record clock from Polish the Stars. I love objects turned into clocks and I especially love that it is a Frank Sinatra album.
4. If you haven’t checked out Southern Lovely yet, you are missing out. Lindsay’s projects are making me want to buy a sewing machine and learn how to use it more than ever. These are just the cutest chevron skirts.
5. Quiver Full of Blessings shares a wonderful tutorial for making a felt woodland creature play set. I could also see turning this idea into a great page in a quiet book.
6. Each piece in this kitchen wall art collection from Big D and Me is perfect. What a great space.
This is a low-key link party but I would love it if you would all do the following:
1. Follow Lines Across My Face (I also will be sharing some of my favorites throughout the week through Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest)
2. Post the Cure for the Common Monday button somewhere on your blog (or link back to Lines Across My Face)
3. Try to visit at least as many posts as you link up. Also remember that everyone loves comments, Pins, Stumbles, etc…
